PAYMENT METHODS

All payments are processed through encrypted and secure third-party payment providers.


PAYMENT PROCESSING & AUTHORIZATION

By placing an order, you authorize Tesvra and our payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product price and applicable shipping fees.

All transactions are subject to payment verification and fraud screening.

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify billing and shipping information
  • Request additional identity verification in high-risk transactions
  • Decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity

PAY WITH PAYPAL

When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment platform to complete your purchase.

If available in your region, you may also use PayPal Guest Checkout by selecting “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” without creating a PayPal account.

All PayPal transactions are handled directly by PayPal. We do not have access to your financial details.


PAY WITH CREDIT / DEBIT CARD (STRIPE)

We use Stripe to securely process all credit and debit card payments.

Stripe may perform additional authentication (such as 3D Secure verification) depending on your bank or region to ensure transaction safety.

We do not store or have access to your full card information at any time.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.


FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we may perform order screening and verification.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if:

  • Billing and shipping information do not match
  • Suspicious or high-risk activity is detected
  • Multiple failed payment attempts occur
  • The order is flagged by our fraud prevention system or payment processor

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to first contact Tesvra customer support at service@tesvra.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us for any order-related issues, including:

  • Order not received
  • Product issues or damage
  • Compatibility concerns
  • Shipping delays

Most issues can be resolved quickly through customer support without the need for a dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Delayed resolution
  • Restriction of future orders
  • Submission of shipping, tracking, and delivery proof to the payment provider

We actively cooperate with PayPal, Stripe, and banks by providing full transaction and delivery evidence in all disputes.


TAXES & DUTIES

Prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if applicable).

Depending on your shipping destination, your local customs authority may charge additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tesvra is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
