1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.

Some products may require 3–5 business days for preparation, restocking, quality inspection, or packaging before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

If you have urgent shipping requirements, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to prioritize your order whenever feasible.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD.

Orders Under $75 USD

For orders below $75 USD, shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Product type and order value

  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


3. Shipping Methods

Tesvra partners with trusted global shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Depending on destination, product type, warehouse availability, and logistics conditions, we may select the most suitable carrier to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Additional local or international logistics providers may be used when necessary.

If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us before your order ships. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, carrier selection cannot be guaranteed.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Oversized, high-value, or special-order products may require additional transit time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

You may track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.


6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Some countries may require additional customs information, including but not limited to:

Delivery methods and transit times may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Typical transit estimates include:

  • DPD: 10–12 Business Days

  • Yanwen Special Line: 10–20 Business Days

  • Registered Mail: 7–15 Business Days

7.2 EMS & Special Shipping Routes

For certain countries and regions, EMS may be used as the primary shipping method.

If express shipping or special delivery arrangements are required, our support team may contact you for confirmation before shipment.

Certain carriers, including DHL, UPS, or FedEx, may not be available in all locations due to regional restrictions.
