At Tesvra, we are committed to providing a worry-free and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment; however, interception cannot be guaranteed.

2. 15-Day Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and initiate the return process within this 15-day period.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all included accessories

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products showing signs of installation, modification, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Vehicle model and year

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem

Once verified, Tesvra will provide one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product

  • A replacement part

  • A full refund

For approved quality-related claims, Tesvra will cover any applicable replacement or return costs.


5. Non-Quality-Related Returns

If you would like to return an item due to personal preference, such as:

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • No longer needed

  • Changed your mind

  • Did not meet personal expectations

The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued.

Please return the item according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Tesvra does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Accidents or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Human-caused damage

Warranty claims may require photos, videos, and vehicle information for verification.


11. After-Sales Support Requirements

To help us provide accurate and efficient support, customers may be required to provide:

  • Vehicle model

  • Vehicle year

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos and/or videos showing the problem

Failure to provide the requested information may result in delays or the inability to process returns, refunds, replacements, or warranty claims.

For products that have been installed, modified, or removed without prior communication, Tesvra reserves the right to decline return or refund requests if the product condition cannot be properly verified.
